Booking Terms

Owner review required before production launch. This page reflects the current site configuration and the Moroccan legal framework identified below. The operator’s registered company name, physical address, registration numbers and any CNDP declaration or authorisation reference must be completed and reviewed by qualified Moroccan counsel.

1. Operator information

The accommodation service is presented under the name Golden Dune Luxury Camp in the Merzouga desert area, Morocco. The operator must insert its complete registered company name, physical address, trade-register number, tax identifiers, licence details where applicable, telephone number and business email before production launch.

2. Information shown before booking

Before confirming, guests should review the accommodation description, stay dates, guest count, included services, total price, payment method, availability and cancellation conditions attached to the selected offer. Information displayed during checkout and in the written confirmation forms part of the booking.

3. Booking formation

A request submitted through the website is not guaranteed until availability has been checked and the camp issues a written booking confirmation. The confirmation should state the accommodation, dates, guests, price, payment status and any offer-specific conditions.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the website’s configured currency and the total payable should be shown before confirmation. Current supported methods are direct bank transfer, cheque payment, and pay on arrival or cash at camp. No card-payment method should be represented as available unless it is activated and verified.

5. Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate booking information, respect the confirmed occupancy, follow reasonable camp safety and conduct instructions, and promptly report any special requirement that may affect the stay. The person making the booking is responsible for communicating the confirmed conditions to the other guests.

6. Changes and availability

Any requested change is subject to availability and written confirmation. If the booked service becomes unavailable, the camp must inform the guest and apply the remedies required by the booking conditions and applicable consumer law.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund rules are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and in any specific conditions displayed and accepted for the selected rate. A dated accommodation service may fall within Article 42 of Law 31-08, which treats it differently from the general withdrawal regime.

8. Consumer information and complaints

Moroccan Law 31-08 requires clear and understandable pre-contract information and protects consumers against abusive terms. Questions or complaints should first be submitted through the Contact page with the booking reference and supporting information.

9. Electronic acceptance

The booking process, electronic confirmation and retained electronic records may be used as evidence in accordance with applicable Moroccan rules governing electronic legal data and transactions, including Law 53-05 as amended.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The parties should first attempt an amicable resolution. If that fails, disputes are subject to the competent Moroccan authorities or courts, without removing any mandatory consumer right or remedy.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for a failure caused by an event beyond reasonable control to the extent recognised by applicable law. The affected party should notify the other promptly and take reasonable steps to limit the consequences.

12. Legal framework and review

These terms refer principally to Moroccan Law 31-08 on consumer protection, Law 09-08 on personal data and Law 53-05 on electronic legal data.
