Cancellation & Refund Policy

How booking changes, cancellations and eligible refunds are handled.

Owner review required before production launch. This page reflects the current site configuration and the Moroccan legal framework identified below. The operator’s registered company name, physical address, registration numbers and any CNDP declaration or authorisation reference must be completed and reviewed by qualified Moroccan counsel.

1. Booking-specific conditions

The cancellation and amendment rules presented for the selected accommodation or rate and repeated in the written confirmation control the booking, subject always to mandatory Moroccan law. Guests should not complete payment unless those conditions are clear.

2. Dated accommodation services

Article 42 of Moroccan Law 31-08 provides specific treatment for accommodation, transport, restaurant and leisure services supplied on a determined date or period. The general seven-day withdrawal provisions do not automatically apply to a dated accommodation booking. Any more favourable right expressly granted in the confirmed offer remains valid.

3. How to request a cancellation

Submit the request through the Contact page and include the lead guest name, booking reference, stay dates and requested change. A cancellation is effective only when acknowledged in writing by the camp. Guests should retain the acknowledgement.

4. Refund eligibility

A refund is due only where provided by the confirmed rate conditions, agreed in writing, or required by mandatory law. Any approved deduction or non-refundable amount must have been disclosed clearly before confirmation and must not constitute an abusive term.

5. Supplier unavailability

If the camp cannot provide the confirmed service because it is unavailable, the guest must be informed. Where Law 31-08 requires reimbursement, it should be made without delay and no later than the legally applicable deadline; Article 40 provides a maximum of fifteen days from payment in the circumstances it covers.

6. Refund method and timing

An approved refund should normally be returned through the original method where practical. The guest will receive written confirmation of the amount, method and expected processing time. Bank processing time may be outside the camp’s control.

7. No-show, early departure and guest changes

The financial consequence of a no-show, late arrival, early departure, reduced guest count or shortened stay depends on the conditions disclosed for the confirmed booking. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

8. Complaints and disputes

Questions or disputes should be submitted through the Contact page with the booking confirmation and payment evidence. The parties should attempt an amicable resolution before referring the matter to a competent Moroccan consumer authority or court.

9. Legal framework and review

This policy is based principally on Moroccan Law 31-08, including the rules on distance contracts and dated accommodation services. The operator must still define and approve its commercial cancellation windows, fees and operational refund procedure before production launch. Last updated: 30 August 2026.
